VirtuHart Operations was founded to solve a problem most law firms eventually face: growth that outpaces structure.
Led by Founder and CEO Kelly Hartmaier-Miller, VirtuHart is built on more than two decades of hands-on experience inside high-volume, high-risk legal environments. Kelly began her career as a legal assistant in the default and foreclosure space and went on to build, scale, and stabilize law firm operations from the ground up—across foreclosure, collections, probate, and federal matters.
Her experience spans intake design, workflow engineering, staffing models, compliance-sensitive processes, system implementation, and financial infrastructure—always from the inside of real firms, under real pressure. She has worked across multiple jurisdictions, navigating the operational realities that come with volume, regulation, and constant change.
VirtuHart was created as an alternative to generic consulting and staff substitution. The firm does not perform legal work, provide legal advice, or replace internal teams. Instead, VirtuHart partners with law firm leadership to diagnose operational weaknesses, design durable systems, and implement frameworks that support clarity, accountability, and long-term stability.Every engagement is intentional, structured, and finite.
